WELCOME to the Lieberman Injury Law “No Text Pledge” Campaign!

Every day in America, between 7 and 9 people are killed due to cell phone distraction while driving. Many more are injured. IT COULD HAPPEN TO YOU. OR YOUR BOYFRIEND, SISTER, SON OR DAUGHTER – anyone you love.

The National Highway Safety Administration estimates that 25% of all automobile crashes involved at least one of the parties using a cell phone. Teens are even more at risk. Motor vehicle accidents are the leading cause of death for U.S. teens. Between 8 and 12 teens die every day in America from an auto accident. Finally, the NHSA reports that a driver who is texting is 23 times more likely to be in a car crash.

Our personal injury law firm has committed to helping South Florida stay safe on the highways.

*Effective October 1, 2013, texting while driving is now banned in the state of Florida. Accordingly, we invite families, office groups and companies, schools, religious congregations and organizations of all kinds to share the pledge with each other and make a group effort to end texting while driving. Our efforts to support the new law will lead to less accidents and related deaths in Florida.
